For those genuinely committed to building inclusion and equity into their internal processes and external work, I offer a number of services to help you get there. I work with organizations at every stage of this process and develop actionable strategies integrating prior and existing work on these issues.
Generally, my process begins with a data-driven audit to identify areas where support is needed or additional data is required. From there, I can support the development of a comprehensive plan to drive interconnected policy change and culture change. I am equipped to lead the execution of this plan utilizing the services described above or support those within the organization who are doing so.
